I’ve climbed the hills to feel the wisdom held in the monumental stones of Machu Picchu, Cusco, and Arequipa – sacred places where the earth itself speaks in silence.

And here in Bali – long revered as a global sanctuary for spiritual healing, trauma release, and past life integration – the land hums with a frequency that softens the veils between worlds. Many seekers arrive with questions they can’t quite name, and leave with something they didn’t know they’d lost: the feeling self, the playful self, the doing self – three sacred aspects of being that so often go missing in the rush of modern life.

But even the outer Camino, for all its beauty and challenge, is only the beginning…

Let the late morning sun over the closing year guide your footfalls to the Inner Camino – a soul-map drawn not on parchment, but in stardust and shadow. Along this path, we’ll journey together through sacred terrain:

🌲 The Forest of Tears
Here we pause to feel, to soften, to cradle the tender places. We find the lost inner child, coax her out with laughter and light, and invite her to dance again in joy.

A steep climb where thunder cracks and lightning strikes the hardened Rock of the Masculine. In the storm, the domineering maniac dissolves, revealing the kind and benevolent provider within.

🌀 The Southern Whirlpool
A swirling sea of sorrow and longing. We dive deep to rescue the Sodden Feminine, drenched in loss and despair. With tenderness, we lift her from the depths and place her gently on the Podium of Honour, where she rises – radiant, joyful, and sovereign once more.

🕳️ The Cave of Self-Neglect
A shadowed hollow where the Higher Self lies forgotten, thin and weary. We enter with lanterns of love, nourish this sacred being, and return him to the circle – where his wisdom can once again guide the way.

☀️ The Sunny Dome
Our final destination. A golden sanctuary where all four parts of you – Doing, Feeling, Playful, and Wise – gather in harmony. Here, they dream together, weaving the luminous tapestry of your life’s next chapter.

You may encounter these parts of yourself like quiet refugees, emerging from shadow during your journey. They may appear in dreams, in tears, or in sudden moments of knowing – guiding you to recognise their long-held needs. If that happens, know that I am here. It really depends on what you’re truly seeking. Many people crave deep, life-altering transformation – but they don’t fully believe it’s possible. So they end up choosing healing sessions that are inexpensive but not very profound. And that becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy: never quite getting the change they secretly long for.

It’s a bit like walking into a salon and saying, “I’d love a two-tone coulor, a glamorous updo, a cut, conditioning treatment, and a manicure.” The stylist replies, “That’ll be $300.” And suddenly, the doubts creep in: Will it work? Will I like the change? What if I feel worse afterwards? So you say, “Actually, I’ll just take the $25 manicure.”

You’ve avoided the risk of disappointment – but you’ve also missed the chance to look and feel utterly fabulous. You didn’t consider the risk of not looking amazing. So now, you’re heading to the party with just a manicure, when you could’ve had a full-blown makeover. Isn’t that a kind of loss too?

When making decisions – especially about healing – you need to weigh the risk of not doing it alongside the risk of doing it.

AUDIO  Many people facing depression, exhaustion, anger management difficulties, confusion, and lack of motivation turn to therapy in search of relief. From traditional counselling to alternative healing, countless approaches have been explored – yet many find that nothing has helped.

The Hidden Pain Beneath Emotional & Physical Struggles

Behind anxiety, depression, and even chronic physical conditions lies emotional repression, often stemming from childhood experiences. A child who faces mistreatment or neglect from their parents struggles to comprehend such rejection. Instead of processing their pain, the child subconsciously redirects it elsewhere – manifesting lifelong patterns of self-sabotage, chronic illness, and emotional distress.

The First session of The Gift process.  What a journey.  I feel like I have been here for hours, and have visited another place – a lovely place – it’s still there, but above me.  I feel lighter and floaty.  And my head and fingers feel tingly.  I feel very much like everything will be Ok now.  I feel relieved and at peace and relieved with myself and where I’m at now.  I feel like sleeping and having the sweetest dreams.  Until tomorrow…

The Second Session.  I felt very loved near the end and I do now.  I felt at peace completely when we did ‘feeling safe with parents’ and ‘I don’t have to suffer my parents’.  I feel exhausted and will write more tomorrow.  Things happen which are unexpected and meant to happen – I embrace them in my heart – thanks.

Spiritual healing, transformation, crystal healing - Online and in Person - for Harmony in your life - www.jelila.comThe Third session.  I love myself now – this came to me as Jelia was singing beautifully during the crystal healing.  Today we almost completed The Gift Matrix and tomorrow we will complete it.  I do feel at ease with myself and an inner confidence.

The fourth session.  Fantastic!  It all came together today.  I feel great.  I feel so different to how I felt when I began.  I was upset and confused about so many aspects of my life.  Now I feel much clearer and feel quite sure that everything will be okay and I feel more responsible for my life.  I feel more relaxed and at ease with myself and like I am supposed to be here now.

I was delighted when Jelila unblocked my negative beliefs about having children, which I didn’t know I had, but knew there was something blocking me.

I am excited about how my life will be now.  It was good before, but there was always a lot of negative chatter in my mind and doubts – I was quite anxious about everything and talked about all my problems in depth, which I realise now were all related to underlying issues when I was a baby or child or even before I was born – quite extraordinary!

I would never have been able to uncover these on my own as they were in my sub-conscious, so many thanks to Jelila, who has taken years to discover all this, and she is quite extraordinary.

Case Study:  Not enough love for Julie!

I asked who he reminded her of, and Julie answered ‘my mother’.  I guided Julie back to a time when she had been with her mother and felt like that.  ‘I’m lying on my bed, as a baby’, she said.  ‘I remember the fluffy white blanket, the feel of it’.  I asked how she was feeling:  ‘righteous’, she said.  ‘I feel that ‘I’m right and she is wrong’.  And how do you feel about feeling like that?  I asked.   ‘bewildered’, she replied. ‘surely my mother is supposed to know what she is doing?’

‘And what should a mother be doing?’ I asked. ‘Loving me!’ Julie burst out.  ‘Loving me, and nurturing me!’  So this explained why Julie was having trouble loving and nurturing herself – and why she was attracted to a man who didn’t seem to be able to give her much love or attention!

Sometimes in life we misunderstand the real truth of an experience, and think a negative thought – which we end up getting stuck with!  This then sets up a negative pattern that attracts even more negativity!
