It works by getting you to embrace – or accept – your negativity – it makes that negativity or block into your ‘friend’ – so you have no more resistance to it  or fear of it- which permanently releases it!

We use a powerful yet simple logical  process I created called The Reprogramming – where you imagine two balls in your hands and bring them together, releasing a specific idea – releasing big weed structures from your mental ‘garden’ – so that those painful or limiting beliefs no longer ‘run’ in your headspace – and no longer cause limitation problems or negative thoughts!

Demonstrable Results At the beginning of each session, I will listen to you talking about your issues, and collect a list from you of what you need to change.  At the end of the session, I will test those things that we have worked on and changed, by asking you how you feel about them now.  If you still have issues, we will Reprogram some more, until you feel comfortable with those issues.

Sleep Issues?  For example, with a client who has trouble sleeping, we will test their sleep problems by getting them to lie down and try to sleep!  If they still feel they can’t relax, we Reprogram some more.  When the client says, ‘yes, I feel I can relax now!’ then we agree, the sleep problems are successfully over!  (This is an example from a real client session, that actually happened.) I will demonstrate to you how your thought patterns and responses are actually different, at the end of each session – to your own satisfaction.

Documented Results  You will also receive a list of everything we cleared – all your old negative beliefs, and a list of your new positive beliefs. You do not need to do anything with these – the change is already made, within you – these lists are simply provided for your reference, to help you as you integrate what you learned – sometimes you need the exact wording of what we changed to ‘get back into it’ and remember ‘oh yes, that’s what we changed!’

Immediate Improvement  Even after your first session, you will feel enormously better!  I often forget to take the ‘before’ picture of my clients – maybe because they look grey, pale, unhappy – the after picture is very different – radiant and smiling!

Here’s an example of how The Reprogramming helped one of my clients to improve her relationship with her partner.  The Reprogramming is powerful and flexible and can help with any kind of  issue, block, problem, or concern you may have – even if you don’t know exactly what it is!

Case Study: Not enough love for Julie! Julie’s life was feeling stuck! Julie came to me needing help with her boyfriend. He was far away. She wanted to create a happy relationship with him, of course.  I guided Julie to explore, in a ‘Reprogramming’ session. She said ‘he just seems to ignore me’.

I asked who he reminded her of, and Julie answered ‘my mother’. I guided Julie back to a time when she had been with her mother and felt like that. ‘I’m lying on my bed, as a baby’, she said. ‘I remember the fluffy white blanket, the feel of it’. I asked how she was feeling: ‘righteous’, she said. ‘I feel that ‘I’m right and she is wrong’. And how do you feel about feeling like that? I asked. ‘bewildered’, she replied. ‘surely my mother is supposed to know what she is doing?’ ‘And what should a mother be doing?’ I asked. ‘Loving me!’ Julie burst out. ‘Loving me, and nurturing me!’ So this explained why Julie was having trouble loving and nurturing herself – and why she was attracted to a man who didn’t seem to be able to give her much love or attention – she was remembering that as her ‘pattern of love’ from her mother!

How Negative Mental Patterns Get set-up – and How to Release Them Sometimes in life we misunderstand the real truth of an experience, and think a negative thought – which we end up getting stuck with! This then sets up a negative pattern that attracts even more negativity! For example, as a child, your mother frowns at you, and you decide ‘I must be unlovable!’ You reject the thought, naturally, because it makes you go ‘Arrrgh~!!’ – it’s scary or unpleasant – and it is pushed into your ‘secret negativity cupboard’ – your subconscious mind. The place you push all the nasty stuff you don’t wish to know.

There, the negative thought – in this case ‘I’m unlovable’ continues winking away its negative energy into the universe, attracting negative experiences which seem to reinforce the original idea – experiences where you feel unloved – and yet, you cannot access what is in your cupboard to release that thought – the (untrue!) idea ‘I am unlovable’ – because you already decided consciously – that you don’t want to know!! So that’s how you get stuck with negativity that you cannot then access to release.
